Chris & Partners' event-planning highlights

The 70th Anniversary of National Gugak Center International Seminar ran on the theme of the transmission of Asian court music and dance, with a total of 22 domestic and overseas speakers from six countries—Korea, Japan, Japan (Okinawa), Brunei, Cambodia, Thailand, Vietnam—presenting on-site, via online connection, and by pre-recording. Chris & Partners handled the venue construction and operation of the National Gugak Center 70th Anniversary International Seminar.

The 70th Anniversary of National Gugak Center International Seminar was a hybrid seminar. For the many overseas speakers unfamiliar with connecting online, we ran advance technical rehearsals to guide and simulate the online-connection process and presentation procedures. In this process, for countries with poor internet conditions we pre-recorded, ensuring smooth streaming with a sense of presence.

Chris & Partners built internet in advance through meticulous site surveys so that smooth streaming was possible at the venue even in spaces previously without an internet environment, running it stably and smoothly.
