Chris & Partners' ‘international forum’ highlights

2 2020 World Forum for Intangible Cultural Heritage, following a four-part UNESCO webinar series, was held over three days under the theme ‘Humanity, Nature, and Intangible Cultural Heritage’ to spotlight intangible cultural heritage as a solution for the post-COVID era—an online video conference.

Unlike the previous UNESCO webinar series held in a separate studio, this event ran over three days and was a hybrid event that installed and operated a stage for speakers attending on-site.

At this event, not only on-site speakers but also some speakers from around the world—the Americas, Europe, Micronesia, Kenya, Japan, and more, from 12 countries and numbering 20 people—attended, so schedule management for each invited speaker was essential. Chris & Partners, through continuous communication with each invited speaker, adjusted suitable time zones, and ran three advance rehearsals in total, including technical checks for smooth webinar operation. Achieving a cumulative ~7,000 views (YouTube, as of 09/29), it successfully planned and ran the 2020 World Forum for Intangible Cultural Heritage.
