Chris & Partners' event-planning highlights

The 2020 ICCA General Assembly is a hybrid assembly where the major MICE international organizations belonging to the International Congress and Convention Association (ICCA) gather to contribute to revitalizing the domestic and international MICE industry, contracted by COVID, and to build a network of related institutions—sharing various cases for the MICE industry's revitalization in the COVID era.

Chris & Partners successfully planned and operated the event in the Seoul region, one of the ICCA General Assembly's 8 regional hubs.

2020 ICCA General Assembly Hub Seoul VR-performance shows and keynotes and more—created a hybrid-format venue running in parallel an offline program for Korea's MICE-industry stakeholders and an online program watching the ICCA General Assembly, held in Kaohsiung, in real time.

Also, a program laying the groundwork for the development of Korea's MICE industry—through a unique-venue site visit so it can be referenced when holding domestic MICE events—was also included.

Various programs matter, but when participants come on-site, it's also important to leave a good memory. Chris & Partners ran an eco-friendly boutonniere name tag to commemorate the event and a Seoul magazine photo zone for those who attended 2020 ICCA General Assembly Hub Seoul.
