2021 ACIIA Audit Committee Forum & Korea National Conference was a hybrid event held after living with COVID; under the theme ‘Beyond Change; Leading Through a Crisis,’ it became a successful gathering—from online to on-site. Chris & Partners, in step with the with-COVID era, handled event planning and safe venue operation based on thorough quarantine.
2021 ACIIA Audit Committee Forum & Korea National Conference was a hybrid event; on-site participants complied with thorough quarantine rules and could mingle with over 300 on-site participants. Overseas speakers and online attendees joined via ZOOM, with problems from technical issues prepared for in advance through thorough rehearsal, minimizing the sense of disconnect from the venue and running it in a comfortable atmosphere.
Chris & Partners successfully held this event, joined by diverse participants—auditors (committee members) and stakeholders from ACIIA's 17 member countries including Korea, public and private auditors (committee members), audit (office) heads, practitioners, CIAs, and more. For stable event operation and video streaming that all diverse audiences could be satisfied with, we continuously managed attendees through thorough rehearsals, and built an emergency internet line during the event to prevent in advance the incidents that can occur in online-streaming events.
