Chris & Partners' corporate ‘online event’ planning highlights

The 2022 Joint Briefing on International Cultural Exchange Support Programs was hosted by the Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism and jointly organized by five institutions: the King Sejong Institute Foundation, the Korea Arts Management Service, the Korea Craft & Design Foundation, Arts Council Korea, and the Korea Foundation for International Cultural Exchange.

This briefing, held for the first time, took place at the Grand Auditorium of the National Museum of Korea. Although the short prep period made preparation difficult, our years of experience planning and running on/offline events meant everything—from advance prep to venue construction and on-site operation—went perfectly.

An unplanned online speaker arose during preparation, but as we always prepare for online attendance at every event—having had cases of sudden online speakers at other events—we ran it without major issues. Given the real-time nature of online events, unpredictable situations can arise, but Chris & Partners' expert technicians stay on-site from before the event begins until it ends, always ready for any contingency.
