Chris & Partners' event-planning highlights

Seoul Meta Week (SMW) is TV CHOSUN and Chris & Partners' co-hosted, Korea's leading platform for sharing the latest trends and knowledge in AI, Web3, metaverse, AR-VR, and blockchain technologies. We, Chris & Partners, as co-host and official organizer, provided services from event planning to speaker booking, exhibition-booth and sponsor recruitment, promotion, and on-site operationALL-IN-ONE. Through this, we ran the event systematically and efficiently throughout.

In particular, through collaboration with our conference-dedicated digital marketing team, with data analysis-based goal-setting and various channels for prospect targeting, we drew higher interest from people in their 20s, especially student participants, than in previous editions. We also maximized event exposure by distributing continuous coverage through various domestic and international media partners.

This Seoul Meta Week was richly composed of global companies' exhibitions, expert workshops, networking programs with industry practitioners, and AI, Web3, metaverse, NFT, and blockchain technologies—plus various side events to showcase them.

In its 4th edition, Seoul Meta Week: Metacon 2024 was held under the theme “Ride the Waves of Technology”, with a total of 22 sessions, 50 global speakers taking part, joined by about 1,500 participants.

Metacon speakers this year included a leader in generative AI, Google Cloud; Intel, which declared ‘AI Everywhere’; NVIDIA, which handles the hardware at AI's heart; and leaders driving Korea's AI business LG, SKT, KT, among others—delivering content participants could relate to, with corporate cases using AI and talks close to everyday life.

Also, even after the main conference ended, the Seoul Meta Week side event—a networking party held in a separate space—created, in a free and casual atmosphere among attendees, a place for business meetings and networking, adding vitality to the event.
