The ‘2050 Global Megacity: The Seoul Institute Workshop,’ hosted by The Seoul Institute, was organized in three parts—Part 1: Future Cities and Society; Part 2: Prospects and Strategies for the Seoul of 2050; and Part 3: The 2050 Future Seoul Agenda. A forum for discussion related to Seoul's master urban plan, it drew about 100 attendees—the Mayor of Seoul, the President of The Seoul Institute, and a range of policymakers and working-level staff. Chris & Partners systematically handled the ‘2050 Global Megacity: The Seoul Institute Workshop,’ from venue construction to participant registration management.

The 2050 Global Megacity: The Seoul Institute Workshop was an on-site event where speakers and everyone attended in person. Chris & Partners separated pre-registrants and on-site registrants to run the registration desk smoothly and prevent congestion at the workshop, which about 100 attended.

Chris & Partners gave the venue a sense of unity through diverse production design and construction spanning the event. Also, Chris & Partners stocked refreshments throughout—not only in the lounge where the tea meetings were held but also for general attendees—so participants wouldn't tire during the lengthy event.
