A corporate event welcoming TNT Korea employees as the world's largest international-express company, FedEx, integrated with TNT. Through the integration process of the two global logistics giants FedEx and TNT, FedEx came to build an even stronger global network. One of the most important points in a corporate merger and acquisition can be cited as the integration of the employees who make up the two companies.

This event was a venue to welcome and celebrate FedEx employees and TNT employees being together"Together, we will connect even more people and possibilities around the world" as the phrasing shows, it was a symbolic corporate-event venue that signaled the start of a better future not merely through physical combination but through the spiritual combination of the employees making up the two companies.

Chris & Partners' ‘corporate event planning’ highlights

1. Planning that well reveals the event's purpose

- Elements symbolizing the two companies' combination were placed throughout to symbolically express the combination of FedEx and TNT. - As it was a meaningful event commemorating a new start together, we focused on helping participants become familiar with each other and planned the corporate event accordingly.

1) Productions - We produced a photo wall and photo props to raise participants' engagement and provide a connecting link for the event's purpose—getting to know and approaching each other more.

2) Food & Beverage - Leveraging the two companies' logos and symbol colors, we devised refreshments, a cake, flower decorations, and the like, planning the corporate event.

2. Venue setup

- Because the corporate event was held in a regular company meeting room rather than a dedicated event space, comparatively many variables and difficulties arose in venue setup, but with the know-how of countless event-planning experiences, through fast handling we could run a smooth event. - Through several actual measurements, we drew accurate floor plans, and based on these, maximally utilizing the limited space, we planned the corporate event so many employees could fully enjoy the event and refreshments. - As a result of advance setup + rehearsal + flow-line check + securing ample time, we could receive satisfying results and feedback.
