The ‘2024 Top 10 Flagship Projects Achievement Report of the Korea Medical Device Development Fund’ is hosted and organized by the Korea Medical Device Development Fund and YTN, and sponsored by the Ministry of Science and ICT, the Ministry of Trade, Industry and Energy, the Ministry of Health and Welfare, the Ministry of Food and Drug Safety—an annual event that supports diverse research projects and generates results to raise the success rate of medical-device R&D.
Chris & Partners built the venue using an LED wall and lighting to create a varied atmosphere in the limited space, constructing the venue.
During the achievement reports and flagship-project presentations, we used the LED wall to raise participant immersion, and for presenters' convenience we used various presenter-support systems.
For the smooth running of the awards ceremony—one of the event's main programs—we prepared and operated everything needed, from booking ceremony ushers to the various ceremony items.
Chris & Partners ran not only on-site operations but also an online streaming system for the many participants who couldn't attend in person. We also ran simultaneous streaming on the host YTN's official YouTube channel, with many participants joining online in real time.
