Chris & Partners' corporate ‘online event’ planning highlights

ESG is a term meaning a company's non-financial elements—Environment, Social, and Governance—and in Korean it's also called ‘sustainable management.’ Recently, interest in ESG management is rising, from global companies to domestic ones. On a theme related to such ESG management, this was held contactless/online due to COVID-19.

The event was held at the DSM Square Art Hall; on-site, comedian Park Young-jin served as event MC, and ESG management leads participated online. Interacting in real time with about 30 employees who joined via Zoom, it proceeded in a free-discussion format of questions and answers related to ESG management.

For the total of 10 questions and the free-flowing discussion, the most important point was running the discussion by converting the faces of the employees participating online in real time. So, using a face-conversion program, we were able to run a more fun and pleasant discussion while guaranteeing participants' anonymity.

By the nature of an online event, since it runs while interacting with participants in real time, unpredictable sudden situations can arise, but Chris & Partners' professional technicians are stationed on-site from before the event starts until it ends, so they can always be prepared for any eventuality.
