Chris & Partners' ‘corporate event planning/venue construction’ highlights

Netmarble's much-anticipated 2020 title, the A3: Still Alive showcase, was held at Halla Hall, Seoul Dragon City Hotel. ‘A3 Online,’ since its release as a PC online RPG in 2002, is a Netmarble game that has been continuously loved. ‘A3: Still Alive’ is a new mobile game leveraging the IP of the PC online game ‘A3 Online,’ characterized by grafting a battle-royale style onto the MMORPG's unique fun factors.

Having prepared A3: Still Alive over a total of three years while delaying its release by a year, Netmarble raised its level of completion and, through the showcase, revealed direct and indirect confidence in the game.

Following the October 2018 ‘Blade & Soul Revolution’ corporate event, Chris & Partners, as its second press-conference corporate event with Netmarble Inc., well understood the disposition and traits of the host Netmarble Inc., so it could run the media showcase smoothly.

1. Venue construction / productions

- Through a site visit with the host, we selected the position, size, and quantity that could most effectively convey A3: Still Alive's dazzling graphics and the images of the main characters.

- To perfectly express A3: Still Alive's image—the color sense and detailed effects hard to express with an ordinary banner—we used new fabric and inks to produce the banner.

2. Venue construction / system composition

- After confirming the system specs for streaming the ‘A3: Still Alive’ press-conference video materials with the host in advance, through several site visits together with the host and system managers, we composed a system optimized for the press conference.

- To cut the media-showcase budget, we prepared the sound speakers the host proposed, but when on-site setup that day brought dissatisfaction with audio quality, a speaker change was requested, and Chris & Partners, with its system-related know-how, could respond quickly by preparing backup equipment in advance for problems that could arise from using house equipment.
