Hosted by TV Chosun, Metacon 2021, as creative responses are made in every aspect of our lives in the new-normal era triggered by the COVID-19 pandemic, created—under the theme of the ‘Metaverse,’ which has no constraints of time and space—a forum of opportunity providing the metaverse industry's trends and the insight of industry pioneers, in step with the contactless era set to develop on many fronts. Chris & Partners successfully carried out everything for global companies leading the metaverse industry—from speaker booking and program planning to venue operation.

Metacon 2021 was a hybrid event; overseas speakers who couldn't come on-site attended online, and we ran it without dropouts that could arise from technical issues—creating a relaxed atmosphere for the speakers as if they were on-site, even though they attended online.

Chris & Partners composed the program considering the time differences of overseas speakers connecting from Korea, Asia, Europe, and the Americas. Also, for stable video streaming, we ran speaker technical rehearsals in advance, checked the connection environment on the day, and held on-site rehearsals, and built primary/backup internet lines during the event to prevent in advance the incidents that can occur in online-streaming-format events.

Chris & Partners successfully held Metacon 2021, recording about 1,000 concurrent viewers and a cumulative 12,000 YouTube views. With Chris & Partners, hold a stable hybrid event joined by speakers and participants from all around the world!
