Chris & Partners' event-planning highlights

Chris & Partners, following 2018, 2022, ran the Korea Pavilion at the World Water Forum for the third time in a row. The World Water Forum, held every three years since 1997 under the auspices of the World Water Council, is a mega-event where participants from some 200 countries seek solutions to global water issues.

With the know-how built from the previous two editions of experience, this year enabled even more systematic preparation.

First, for smooth communication with the host and local construction vendors, we booked a local coordinator in advance, so we could prepare smoothly along the planned timeline from the preparation stage to booth construction. The Korea Pavilion booth was organized—considering participant flow—into a government-agency Zone and a corporate Zone for the many government agencies and companies participating from Korea. We also installed a PDP at each booth, playing videos explaining the agencies' and companies' projects to deepen participants' understanding during business meetings. Within the limited space, Chris & Partners built and operated spaces for various side programs—seminars, MoU, business consultations, and more. In the shared area, we installed a 200-inch LED screen that continuously played the agencies' and companies' promo videos and the Seoul Tourism Organization's trendy videos, drawing participants' attention and providing diverse information. Beyond the LED screen, we placed standing smart TVs throughout, creating spaces where participants could select and experience videos themselves, earning very high satisfaction. To draw more participants, we ran various events—digital tattoos, Polaroid photos, and more—and gave participants who joined souvenirs such as reusable bags and mask packs along with a variety of Korean traditional sweets and teas, making it the busiest, liveliest booth in the exhibition. On the final day, among 150 pavilions, the Korea Pavilion won the Best Exhibition award, letting us return with a deeply meaningful and rewarding memory.
