Chris & Partners' event-planning highlights

The 1st K-Culture Conference – K-Culture as the Future of World Culture was hosted by the Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism and organized by the Korea Tourism Organization. Designed to analyze the Korean Wave in depth from diverse perspectives and to identify policy tasks for enhancing its sustainability, it was arranged as a public forum for deep reflection on the Korean Wave's past, present, and future. Chris & Partners successfully delivered the event planning, venue construction, and operation of the 1st K-Culture Conference.

The 1st K-Culture Conference was a hybrid international conference; through systematic advance technical rehearsals—checking the connection environment on the day and more—even speakers attending online presented and discussed smoothly, without dropouts, as if present on-site.

Also, we ran a separate waiting space for VIPs and speakers coming on-site, usable before and after the event, where pre-checking of presentation materials and tea meetings took place.

Through pre-registration event planning and systematic promotional tools, Chris & Partners secured a diverse audience for the 1st K-Culture Conference. As a result, it was held successfully, recording about 600 concurrent viewers and a cumulative 1,600 YouTube views.
