Chris & Partners' event-planning highlights

The ‘27th EMEAP Governors' Meeting & 11th EMEAP Governors' and Heads of Supervision Meeting,’ hosted by the Bank of Korea, ran over three days—a welcome dinner on day one, the Governors' Meeting on day two, and the Governors' and Heads of Supervision Meeting on day three. The EMEAP Governors' Meeting is held annually; the Bank of Korea held its third Governors' Meeting 11 years after the 5th in 2000 and the 16th in 2011.

This year's meeting was the first in-person gathering since the onset of COVID-19, with central bank and monetary authority governors of EMEAP member economies, or senior representatives of the IMF and BIS, attending in person or remotely. Chris & Partners systematically handled the overall event planning and operation of the ‘27th EMEAP Governors' Meeting & 11th EMEAP Governors' and Heads of Supervision Meeting.’

Beyond the Governors' Meeting, various external programs were planned—an official external dinner, a spouse program, social programs—so Chris & Partners prepared meticulously, conducting multiple advance site visits for stable program execution; thanks to flawless preparation, we ran it smoothly. We also thoroughly prepared a rain contingency plan in advance, responding smoothly on-site despite continuous heavy rain throughout the meeting. In particular, to keep participants from tiring over the tight three-day schedule, we proposed the National Museum of Korea's VIP room for the final social program, drawing on our many VIP-event experiences to raise participant satisfaction. Chris & Partners — prepare a stable, systematic on/offline event that satisfies every participant with us!
