Chris & Partners ran the 2020 LG Air Solution Digital Press Conference as an online press conference introducing new products to journalists in the MEA region, in step with the COVID era.

While preparing the event, as COVID-19 confirmed cases rapidly increased and social distancing was escalated to Level 2.5, to run it in a way that minimized on-site attendance, we composed the program as a dual live broadcast using an on-site studio and a video-conferencing platform so the on-site cast could be minimized.

For an online event, constructing the on-site studio matters, but because realizing a stable streaming environment is most important, it's important to minimize sudden situations through a system composition optimized for online events and by checking the internet environment via advance rehearsals with the online cast.

In the COVID situation, for a safe event, not only venue quarantine but thorough personal quarantine by all staff and cast has become an essential element.
