In detail

What we do

Full-service event management, from strategy to execution.

Events are where brands meet their audiences in person. With clear strategy, compelling content and precise execution, we turn business objectives into experiences people remember and act on. If you are planning an event, talk to us.

Events that connect brands, technology and people

One team manages the whole event — strategy, content, production and on-site operations.

What we offer

01 Global Planning — Global event planning & branding

We plan international conferences, exhibitions, corporate events and brand events — strategically reflecting brand identity and purpose to create events that draw attention anywhere in the world.

02 Strategy & Consulting — Strategic experience design & consulting

We design the attendee journey from planning through operations, so every part of the event supports the client’s objectives.

03 Programme & speakers — Programme design & speaker curation

We design programmes that deliver value to attendees, and use our global network to book and manage speakers who bring both expertise and inspiration.

04 Brand Activation — Brand activation & content

We turn a brand’s story into an experience people can see and feel — through space, visuals and content.

05 Tech & Operations — Event technology & on-site operations

Detailed preparation and operating manuals built from years on site support reliable delivery, and the right event technology makes the day easier for attendees.

06 Creative Direction — Creative direction & show design

We bring brand message, programme and performance together into one flow, with staging attendees remember.

Frequently Asked Questions

What kinds of events do you take on?

International conferences and academic symposia, corporate events and awards ceremonies, IR roadshows, booths, side events and activations at Web3 summits, and cultural and exhibition events — planning, programme and speakers, branding, technology and on-site operations, and follow-up, all in one team.

How quickly will you reply to an inquiry?

Within one business day. We provide expert consulting free of charge from the planning and budgeting stage.

How far in advance should we start?

For a sizeable event, three to six months is safe. For a year-end awards night or company party in Seoul, for example, we recommend starting in September and contracting the venue by early October — Friday evenings in the first three weeks of December are the most contested slots in the city.

What budget should we plan for?

It varies widely with format, scale and venue. As a reference point, a 100–300-person year-end event in Seoul typically lands between KRW 30 million and 100 million, with venue type the biggest variable. Compare quotes on a total-cost basis — A/V, catering and parking on top of the rental fee.

Can you run events outside Korea, or in English?

Yes. We operate in English and Korean, and through local partners in the US, Singapore, China, Indonesia and India we have run IR roadshows in New York and Hong Kong and side events at TOKEN2049 Singapore, on the ground.

Do you run flagship Web3 summits such as TOKEN2049 or KBW?

To be precise: we do not run those flagship conferences themselves. We plan and produce booths, side events and sponsor activations within them. Seoul Meta Week is our own conference — we host and run it.
