Privacy Policy
Chris & Partners Co., Ltd. (“we”) processes personal information in line with Korea’s Personal Information Protection Act. This policy covers chrisandpartners.co. The Korean version is the governing text.

1. Why we process personal information

· To count enquiries by ad campaign and measure site use
· To handle job applications sent by email
2. What we collect

3. How long we keep it
· Enquiries: three years from the enquiry date, or longer where a law requires it
· Job applications: one year after the hiring process ends
· Attribution data in your browser: up to 90 days; sent to us only with an enquiry
4. Sharing
We don’t give personal information to third parties except with your consent or where the law requires it. Contact details and messages are never sent to ad platforms.

Enquiry data and usage data are processed by the providers below, some outside Korea, at the time you use the site or send the form. If you’d rather avoid this, email hello@chrisandpartners.co or call us instead.
6. Deletion
Information is deleted without delay once its period ends: files are erased beyond recovery and paper is shredded.
7. Your rights
You may ask to see, correct, delete or stop the processing of your information, or withdraw consent, at any time — contact us as in section 11.
8. Security
Access to our internal system is limited per account; all traffic is encrypted with HTTPS; integrations use server-side secret keys.

You can block or delete cookies in your browser; the site still works. With Global Privacy Control on, ChatGPT ad measurement starts without consent.
