Chris & Partners' event-planning highlights
Polygon Labs' first Polygon Aggregation Summit was successfully held in Bangkok, Thailand in 2024. As Polygon's APAC offline event agency, Chris & Partners oversaw the entire process—from planning to on-site operation—leading it to a successful close. It was recorded as another case where Chris & Partners' rich experience and expertise shone.
This Aggregation Summit, over two days, drew about 1,000 participants, with a total of more than 50 programs.
In four separate rooms, programs of various formats—seminars, panel discussions, pitch sessions—ran simultaneously, and Polygon's sponsorship booth was also operated successfully. Chris & Partners delivered a special experience to partners and participants alike with booth designs reflecting partners' individual requirements.
We also planned unique programs—a sound bath, handpan sessions, massages, yoga classes, and a running club—to give participants moments to recharge. For the chess tournament in particular, we partnered with a local Thai chess club to run a high-level competition, including matches against a grandmaster.
In particular, the F&B lounge with a Thai night-market concept reflecting Thailand's local character conveyed the local charm and gave participants a fresh, enjoyable experience.
On day two, the event's highlight, the Aggregation Summit main-stage program, took place, recording 170,000 real-time views across multiple video-streaming platforms including YouTube and Twitter, effectively delivering the event to audiences worldwide.
The final day wrapped up with a DJ party, giving participants an unforgettable finale. Despite a short prep period, Chris & Partners ran the many simultaneous programs and complex on-site operations smoothly through thorough planning and execution. By preventing foreseeable problems in advance and faithfully reflecting the client's vision and goals with bespoke planning, we drove high satisfaction.
