Build Up Korea 2024 is, under the theme ‘Make Korea Great Again,’ an annual gathering of American politicians and influential speakers illuminating Korea's future—a Korea–U.S. next-generation freedom conference. Now in its 2nd year, Build Up Korea ran over two days with a varied program. With solo talks, panel discussions, performances, a worship concert, and special sessions, its lineup kept participants' eyes glued, delivering a special experience. In particular, for an event with many performances, all sorts of issues can arise on-site, but Chris & Partners' years of experience meant we prepared and braced for them in advance, enabling smooth communication between performers and the operations team on-site and producing an even richer stage. Also, anticipating a large turnout, we placed operations staff throughout the venue, paying close attention to participant safety. And by making this Build Up Korea's theme and slogan easy to see everywhere, we created an atmosphere of communicating with participants and building the event together, adding vitality with a more satisfying, highly engaged event. With stage structures optimized for the diverse program and dazzling special effects, we helped the various performances and talks stand out even more. This delivered the program's message smoothly and effectively, giving participants an immersive experience. We ran various booth events so that some 2,000 participants could enjoy the event comfortably. A coffee station and premium boxed meals created a space to refresh during the event, and efficient flow management supported participants' safe, smooth participation.
