Case Study: IXO by TokenPost — A Web3 Conference Series That Drew 5,000+ Over Three Seasons

Client: TokenPost

Event: IXO — Web3 trend roadshow & conference series (Season 1, 2023 – Season 3, 2025)

Venues: GS Tower Amoris, Monaco Space, and the Korea Textile Center (Seoul)

Results: 5,000+ participants · 100+ sponsors · 50+ sessions

Scope: Full event production across all three editions — venue construction, staging & direction, operation, and sponsor booth management

The brief

TokenPost, one of Korea's leading Web3 media outlets, set out to build IXO into a recurring roadshow and conference series that would track the industry's shifting trends season over season. This was not a one-off — it was a franchise: three editions over three years, each expected to grow, each needing to feel current while carrying a consistent brand. Chris & Partners was engaged to deliver full event production across all three.

The challenge

A conference series raises a harder bar than a single event. Each season has to be bigger and better than the last while staying recognizably IXO, across three different venues with different constraints. Sponsors — 100+ across the series — expect their booths and activations to land flawlessly every time, because their renewal depends on it. And a Web3 audience is unforgiving: content has to stay on-trend across three fast-moving years. Consistency and growth had to coexist.

Our approach

End-to-end production, three times over. Across all three editions, we owned venue construction, staging and direction, and on-site operation — building each IXO from the ground up at GS Tower Amoris, Monaco Space, and the Korea Textile Center, adapting the format to each space while keeping the series coherent.

Sponsor booth management at scale. With 100+ sponsors across the series, booth delivery and on-site support were central, not peripheral. We managed sponsor booths as a core workstream so that every partner's activation performed — the thing that turns one season's sponsors into the next season's.

A repeatable production system. Running a series rewards process. We carried lessons and standards from each season into the next, so IXO could scale — to 50+ sessions and 5,000+ participants across the run — without losing its identity.

The result

Over three seasons, IXO drew 5,000+ participants, 100+ sponsors, and 50+ sessions — growing into an established fixture on Korea's Web3 calendar. Delivered end to end by Chris & Partners across three venues and three years, the series demonstrates what a recurring conference needs most: production that is both consistent and scalable, season after season.
