Hosted by oVice, a global business metaverse platform, ‘oVice Hybrid Work Summit 2023’ was held under the theme ‘The Evolution of How We Work.’ At a time of diverse changes in work styles, it created a space to experience oVice's vision and product roadmap to deliver tailored customer experiences for hybrid-work users.
Chris & Partners handled the construction and operation of the entire on-site and exhibition space for ‘oVice Hybrid Work Summit 2023.’
Ahead of the hybrid work summit proper, a press conference was held on oVice's growth journey and performance metrics, proposing hybrid work.
‘oVice Hybrid Work Summit 2023’ was held at voco Seoul Gangnam, whose lobby featured exhibition spaces to experience hybrid work throughout. From the office space at a company's center, to the meeting room where meetings happen, to the lounge where employees rest, to the home work environment for remote work, Chris & Partners effectively built and ran purpose-fit exhibition spaces within the limited area—erecting partition walls to separate spaces by concept, and so on.
At the hybrid work summit, which talked about the future of work, we heard stories from clients actually using oVice—LG CNS, preparing the office of the future through oVice, and Yanolja, which newly built an office online with an oVice designer, among others. There was also a session introducing and demonstrating oVice's next-generation technology, currently being renewed. Given oVice's own platform implementation and the nature of hybrid work, platform entry and real-time streaming connections were needed from the exhibition spaces and several other locations. For this, Chris & Partners analyzed and understood the oVice platform in advance and, through thorough, repeated rehearsals, ran the event successfully without delays or dropouts.
The summit, which actual oVice users attended, ‘oVice Hybrid Work Summit 2023’ was joined by stakeholders from various industries and businesses. Chris & Partners also successfully created a casual networking-party environment where each different participant could take part comfortably.
