Chris & Partners' event-planning highlights

On November 17, we held a VIP launch event in the Grand Ballroom of SIGNIEL Seoul. This event was an international conference surveying the present and future of the global short-form media industry and sharing the strategies of creators, platforms, and brandsan international conference, planned to boost the host's networking and strengthen its branding. Across the lobby and main hall, through a variety of production—banners, LED banners, digital signage—we repeatedly exposed the brand's colors and visual elements so the brand identity was conveyed naturally.

Simultaneous interpretation for multinational participants

With speakers and participants attending from many countries, we provided simultaneous interpretation in English, Chinese, and Korean. We installed professional interpreter booths so presentations flowed without interruption and every participant received the same message, improving focus on the talks and a smoother event flow.

A lobby space centered on brand content

Through the LED banners and digital signage in the lobby, the company's short-form content and brand videos played continuously, serving as both promotion and a photo wall. This let participants share the brand experience and understand the company's identity and direction more easily and intuitively by seeing the content firsthand.

A networking lounge for free-flowing communication

We also placed standing tables and refreshments in the lobby, forming a networking lounge where participants could chat and linger freely anytime. The VIP room was set up as a separate space for interviews with speakers and key figures and for the host's networking, so the event's key messages could be conveyed in depth and denser communication could take place.

Brand-goods planning and production

At the venue entrance, we handed out souvenirs along with name tags to keep the flow efficient. Chris & Partners handled the entire souvenir set, planning and producing design chocolates engraved with the brand logo and a foldable multi-charger reflecting the character of a short-form content company. By integrating name-tag and goods distribution at one point, we minimized participant movement, raised participant satisfaction and brand affinity, and—beyond a simple gift—drew out a natural promotional effect. From spatial design, simultaneous interpretation, networking-lounge construction, brand-goods production, Chris & Partners completed, through this event, an experience-based stage that effectively connected participants and the brand.
