Chris & Partners' event-planning highlights

TOKEN 2049 is the world's largest crypto event, held this past September at the Singapore landmark Marina Bay Sands. Over the event, more than 500 side events took place, and 150 countries sent over 20,000 participants who gathered to experience the Web3 and blockchain ecosystems' latest trends and explore a range of opportunities.

Chris & Partners, drawing on its experience running many blockchain events, took charge of TOKEN 2049's platinum sponsor, Sahara AI's booth construction and operation and side-event planning and operation.

Sahara AI's identity colors, the booth was designed, and we recruited many local staff for smooth booth operation. We ran gift giveaways, digital tattoos, and other various events to draw more participants into the booth. As a result, it became the most-visited booth in the exhibition hall.

Also, Sahara AI, many participants wanted collaboration meetings, so we placed furniture such as high tables on one side of the booth for them to use, preparing for comfortable networking.

Beyond booth operation, the side event was also handled by Chris & Partners. The venue was a confined space—narrow with a low ceiling—but by making the most of dazzling lighting, an LED screen, production materials, and more, we transformed it into a space satisfying both performers and participants. Chris & Partners, with the overseas events experience and know-how built across many of them, achieved the smooth local-vendor sourcing and communication most critical to running events abroad, bringing the event to a successful close.
