Chris & Partners' event-planning highlights

Chris & Partners oversaw the operation of Polygon Labs' booth at this Tokyo Game Show (TGS) 2024, bringing distinctive expertise to the whole process from planning to execution.

Running since 1996, the Tokyo Game Show is Asia's largest game expo, drawing hundreds of thousands of visitors each year. Showcasing the latest technologies and games across platforms—console, mobile, VR/AR—it has served as a hub of Asia's game industry.

Chris & Partners delivered innovative, bold planning so that, on this international stage, Polygon Labs would stand out. At this event, Polygon Labs' booth was designed not merely to flaunt technology but as a space giving visitors an original, unforgettable experience. In particular, breaking from the prevailing cutting-edge-tech, LED-centric trend in booth design, we drew on the 1990s American film Wayne’s World's basement room as a motif, boldly adopting a retro style. This unique concept gave visitors a fresh jolt, and through the harmony of cutting-edge Web3 games and retro design, it powerfully conveyed Polygon Labs' own brand identity.

Many visitors to the booth got to experience Web3 games on the Polygon chain firsthand, encountering new technology and content up close. This experiential exhibition went beyond mere viewing, forming a deep connection between Polygon Labs and visitors and successfully strengthening a positive brand image. At this Tokyo Game Show, which drew about 270,000+ visitors, the Polygon booth established itself as a standout attraction.

Chris & Partners also went beyond booth operation, inviting 12 major game studios on the Polygon chain to continuously present diverse content over three days, sustaining on-site interest. In the process, we further solidified the relationship between the Polygon chain and its partners, creating an occasion for partners to rediscover the value of cooperation and coexistence. This contributed not just to short-term exhibition results but to strengthening Polygon Labs' long-term brand value and partnerships.

Although preparation happened in a short period, Chris & Partners provided an original, eye-catching tailored solution through fast execution and meticulous planning. We led the whole process—booth-concept development, spatial design, system installation and operation, on-site coordination, game-partner management, and close communication with local partners—delivering Polygon Labs' successful exhibition.

This Tokyo Game Show 2024 Polygon Labs booth operation proves that Chris & Partners is opening new possibilities for global events. We'll keep maximizing clients' brand value with creative ideas and meticulous execution, continuously supporting success on the global stage.
