2020 ICCA Congress Hub Seoul

The ICCA Congress, hosted by the International Congress and Convention Association (ICCA), is an annual event that draws some 1,000 MICE-industry professionals from around the world. Due to COVID-19, the 2020 ICCA Congress ran in a hybrid format: an offline local program took place in Seoul in the morning, while in the afternoon participants joined the Kaohsiung program online from the Kaohsiung Exhibition Center in Taiwan. With speakers in Kaohsiung and Seoul joining online and communicating in real time, the event featured discussion and a variety of new approaches on the direction the MICE industry should take amid the pandemic.
