Challenge

한국 금융산업과 글로벌 투자자를 연결하는 IR 행사를 뉴욕, 홍콩에 이어 런던 현지 환경과 운영 조건에 맞춰 수행해야 했습니다.

Approach

베뉴 섭외, 시스템 업체 커뮤니케이션, 제작·설치, 현지 운영까지 전 과정을 직접 수행하고 현지 파트너와 업체를 직접 조율했습니다.

Result

런던에서 행사를 성공적으로 수행해 32명이 참가했으며, 해외에서 기획부터 실행까지 독립 수행하는 역량을 입증했습니다.
