Public Hearing on the Enforcement Decree and Rules of the Artists' Rights Guarantee Act

Held under the theme ‘The Progress and Remaining Tasks of the Artists' Rights Guarantee Act and Its Subordinate Legislation,’ this public hearing on the Act's enforcement decree and rules was hosted by the Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism and organized by the Korean Artist Welfare Foundation. Ahead of the Act's enforcement—enacted in August 2021—the hearing was arranged to flesh out the enforcement decree and rules delegated by the law, and to continuously gather the views of on-the-ground practitioners and stakeholders in the arts and culture sector. Chris & Partners successfully delivered the event planning, venue construction, and operation of the hearing.
